Is Mio, K-ON!’s poster girl? [GALLERY]

Although the main character out of the main four in K-ON! is Hirasawa Yui and the second episode only airing this Thursday, I thought it was rather surprising to find that a lot of fans are in love with Akiyama Mio. You know, the black haired girl with the bass guitar and main star of the ED “Don’t say “lazy“” (which is quite a catchy song too). It seems when I search up K-ON! pictures, Mio keeps turning up everywhere!!
Not only that, MAL has registered Mio with already 164 members listing her as one of their top 5 favourite characters and there’s even a thread on “loving Mio“. It appears one episode is more than enough to win some fans over.
So here’s a small K-ON! gallery (but mainly dedicated to Mio). There’s a mixture of official art and some fanarts but all images are resized to fit on the page, so click on it to get the full resolution! :D
